Somehow, Dan, it doesn’t surprise me that you were diagnosed with ADHD as a child. Not because you look like someone who could break down walls with all of his surplus energy, but because (anectodally) a number of entrepreneurs do - they didn’t fit in at school and/or didn’t do very well, just couldn’t sit down, like they were waiting for the chance to take on the broader world.

“School is a place where former A students teach mostly B students to work for C students.” (This isn’t mine, but I quite like it. It’s a quote from someone in a Mclean’s article discussing the school system.)
