Welcome to Day 1 – March 9

Over the next 4 days, you and 28,324 other CEOs are going to learn how to stay ahead of what’s coming.

I’ve giving you my actual plan for the next 12 months as AI reshapes everything.

The tools I use. The systems I built. The exact moves I’m making so you can stay ahead.

And on Day 4, I’m dropping something incredible that’s going to guarantee you become an AI CEO, and buy back your time.

Day 1 (today)

The Tool Stack + the method that works across all of them

Day 2

Digital Brain – train any AI on you once, never explain yourself again

Day 3

AI Agents – stop using AI, start having AI work for you

Day 4

My 12-month plan + a special bonus

⚠️ Are You Ready?

Here’s the deal though: This only works if you actually do the work.

Each day takes about 10-15 minutes. That’s it.

So before we go any further, pull up your calendar right now. Block 15 minutes for the next 4 days. Same time each day if you can.

Treat it like a client meeting. Non-negotiable.

I’ve seen this play out hundreds of times. The people who block the time? They finish. They implement. They get results.

So block it now… I’ll wait 😉

Good. Let’s go.

SOMETHING BIG IS HAPPENING

Think back to February 2020.

If you were paying attention, you might have noticed a few people talking about a virus spreading overseas. But most weren’t paying attention.

The stock market was fine. Life was normal. If someone told you they were stockpiling toilet paper, you’d think they were crazy.

Then, over three weeks, everything changed.

I think we’re in that phase again. But with AI.

And I’m doing this event because the gap between what I’m seeing and what most people understand has gotten too big.

For a while, I gave the polite version. The “AI is helpful for productivity” version.

But that’s not what’s actually happening.

The people I care about deserve to hear the truth. Even if it sounds crazy.

HOW WE GOT HERE

I’ve spent the last year building AI companies through Martell Ventures.

Testing every tool. Watching every release. Living in this world daily.

And here’s what nobody outside tech understands yet: this already happened to us first.

We’re not making predictions. We’re telling you what already occurred in our world. And warning you that you’re next.

For years, AI improved steadily. Big jumps here and there, spaced out enough that you could absorb them.

Then in 2025, the pace accelerated. Each new model wasn’t just better than the last – it was better by a wider margin. And the time between releases got shorter.

Then February 5th happened.

Two major AI labs released new models on the same day. And something clicked.

I am no longer needed for most of the work I used to do.

I describe what I want done. Walk away from my computer for four hours. Come back to find it done.

Not a draft I need to fix. The finished thing.

Done well. Done better than I would have done it. No corrections needed.

This isn’t theory. This is what I did yesterday.

And the experience tech people have had over the past year – watching AI go from “helpful tool” to “does my job better than I do” – is the experience everyone else is about to have.

How Fast This Is Actually moving

Let me show you the timeline, because this is the part most people miss:

Each jump is bigger. Each gap between jumps is shorter.

There’s an organization called METR that measures this with data. They track how long of a task AI can complete end-to-end without human help.

  • A year ago: 10 minutes
  • Six months ago: 1 hour
  • Last measurement: 5 hours

The trend shows AI working independently for days within a year. Weeks within two.

And it’s not slowing down.

HERE'S WHAT I'M DOING

I’m not writing this to freak you out.

I’m writing this because the single biggest advantage you have right now is being early.

Early to understand it. Early to use it. Early to adapt.

And yes, we are still early.

Dario Amodei, CEO of Anthropic (the company behind Claude), publicly predicted AI will eliminate 50% of entry-level white-collar jobs within 1-5 years.

Many people in the industry think he’s being conservative.

But here’s the flip side:

Right now, there’s a brief window where most people at most companies are still ignoring this.

That’s your advantage.

That window won’t stay open long. But it’s open right now.

This might be the most important year of your career.

Learn these tools. Get proficient. Use them.

Once everyone figures it out, the advantage disappears.

So here’s what I’m actually doing in my business right now.

The exact tools I use. The systems I built. The moves I’m making to position myself for what’s coming.

You can follow the same plan. Starting today.

Build Your AI Stack: The 5 Tools I Use Daily

AND WHY EACH ONE MATTERS

Most CEOs are using AI like it’s still 2023.

They open ChatGPT. They ask it to help with everything.

Brainstorming. Writing. Research. Analysis.

One tool for every job. And it’s killing their efficiency.

Not because ChatGPT is bad.

Because they’re using a hammer for every job when they now have access to an entire toolbox.

That ends today. Here are the 4 you actually need in 2026:

1. CHATGPT – FOR IDEAS & BRAINSTORMING

This is where ChatGPT actually shines.

When you need ideas fast. When you’re exploring options. When you want to think through a problem.

ChatGPT is built for conversation. It’s fast. It iterates well.

Real examples from my week:

  • “Give me 10 different angles for positioning this product launch”
  • “Help me think through whether to hire for this role or restructure”
  • “What are the second-order effects of this pricing decision?”
  • “Brainstorm names for this new feature”

2. CLAUDE – FOR WRITING

This is the tool most CEOs are sleeping on.

Claude writes better than ChatGPT. Period.

Longer context window. Better at matching your voice. Cleaner output.

If you’re writing anything longer than 200 words, you should be in Claude, not ChatGPT.

Use it for:

  • Team emails
  • Client proposals
  • Strategy documents
  • Content that sounds like you

3. GROK – FOR CURRENT RESEARCH

Grok has direct integration with X where things break first. Where founders announce. Where the actual conversation happens.

Grok gives you access to real time data.

Not filtered through media narratives. Not stuck in last year’s training data. What’s happening right now, from the people actually doing it.

Real examples from my week:

  • “What are founders in the AI space saying about the new OpenAI model?” (Got actual founder reactions, not media spin)
  • “What’s the latest discussion about [competitor]?” (Saw what customers and employees are actually saying)
  • “What happened in [industry] this week that I should know about?” (Got breaking news before it hit traditional media)

4. GEMINI – FOR DEEP ANALYSIS

This is the tool for when you need to process complexity.

50-page reports. Multiple data sources. Deep synthesis.

Also it has something the others don’t: incredible YouTube integration.

It can watch entire YouTube videos, understand them, and synthesize insights across multiple sources.

Real examples from my week:

  • “Watch these 3 founder interviews and tell me their common growth strategies” (Would have taken me 3 hours to watch. Gemini did it in 4 minutes.)
  • “Analyze this 50-page market research report and give me the 5 key insights I need” (Done in 3 minutes vs 2 hours manually)
  • “Compare these 3 competitor strategies and identify gaps in our approach” (Synthesized across multiple sources I gave it)

Right Tool. Right job.

Here’s the simple rule:

  • Need to explore ideas or think through something? → ChatGPT
  • Need to write something that sounds like you? → Claude
  • Need to know what’s happening right now? → Grok
  • Need to analyze something complex or process video content? → Gemini

That’s it.

This is how you position yourself as someone who actually understands AI – not just “uses ChatGPT.”

The best part? They’re all free to use.

Wait… I said 5 tools right?

Hold tight, day 3 of the challenge we’re going deep on the last one…

For now, let’s get the most out of these.

TODAY’S CHALLENGE: REVERSE PROMPTING

You just learned which tools to use.

But if you prompt them wrong, you’re still wasting time.

Here’s what most people do:

“Write me an email about Q2 goals. Make it motivating. Keep it under 200 words.”

We call the “Push Prompting”. You’re pushing the AI to just do the task immediately.

The Result:

  • AI guesses what you want
  • Output is generic
  • 15 minutes of editing
  • Still doesn’t sound like you

Here’s what works:

“I need to write an email about Q2 goals. Before you write it, ask me 3-4 questions to make sure you have all the context needed to write it perfectly.”

This is called “Reverse Prompting”. You’re allowing the AI to prompt YOU first.

The Result:

  • AI asks the right questions
  • You answer (2 minutes)
  • Near perfect output on first try
  • Zero editing

And this works in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Gemini.

Same method. All 4 tools. 10x better results.

Reverse Prompt Formula (Copy This)

I need help with [your task].

Before you help me, ask me 3-4 questions to ensure you have all the context needed to give me the best possible output.

Ask one question at a time and wait for my answer before asking the next.

Your Turn:

Step 1:

Pick ONE real task

Email. Content. Research. Analysis.

Pick one. Right now.

Step 2:

Choose the right tool

Writing? → Claude

Brainstorming? → ChatGPT

Current research? → Grok

Complex analysis? → Gemini

Step 3:

Use the Reverse Prompt

Paste it. Answer AI’s questions.

Step 4:

See the difference

Output 10x better than usual. No editing. Done.

Bonus AI Tool Stack: Complete 2026 List

Those 4 tools handle 70% of CEO work. But there are dozens of specialized tools I use for different situations.

Meeting transcription. Images. Automated voice calls. Data visualization. Code generation.

I spent the last year analyzing over 1,000 AI tools.

Tested them. Broke them. Invested in some. Figured out what actually works and what’s garbage.

I built a complete doc with my top 50 picks. This is the exact stack I use to run my businesses in 2026.

And I’m giving it to you free.

Here’s how to get it:

Message me “BONUS” on Instagram and I’ll send you the doc.

I’m @danmartell 😉

What you’ve just accomplished (and why it matters)

Let me connect this back to where we started.

I told you earlier that AI is reshaping work faster than most people realize.

That the people who get ahead are the ones who position themselves early.

This is you making your first step towards that.

✅ You’re not using “AI” anymore – you’re using the right tool for each job

✅ You’re getting better outputs in 1/10th the time

✅ You can demonstrate what’s actually possible

You just upgraded from 2023 to 2026.

You’re ahead of most, but there’s more to go.

Tomorrow, we turn every AI into a full-context machine.

Tomorrow: Your Digital Brain

Today you learned the tools and the method.

Tomorrow is where this gets really powerful.

You’re building something 99% of CEOs will never think to create.

Your Digital Brain.

You build it once. Then use it in every AI tool – ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and whatever launches next month.

6am PST. Check your email. I’ll see you there.
