– Use my Digital Brain to match my voice and context
– Flag any emails that need urgent attention today Format the output so I can quickly scan priorities and take action.
Hit send.
Let Manus work.
It’ll access your inbox, analyze everything, and come back with a full report.
Usually takes 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5: REVIEW THE RESULTS (5 MIN)
Manus will give you:
✓ Prioritized list of emails that actually matter
✓ Clear actions for each one
✓ Drafted responses for top 5 (in your voice, with your context)
✓ Emails you can safely ignore or delegate
Read through it. You’ll probably see things you missed. Priorities you got wrong. Responses that are better than what you would have written.
Now act on it. Pick ONE of the drafted responses. Review it. Send it.
Or delegate one email that doesn’t need you.
Or archive the 10 that don’t matter.
Even one action = hours back this week.
