AI CEO Challenge
Buy Back 20+ Hours a Week Using AI
Bonus offer extended until Thursday at midnight.
Day 4 – The AI Roadmap
Final Day. Let’s finish strong.
Quick recap of what you’ve built:
Day 1: Tone document that teaches AI to write like you
Day 2: System prompt for a high-ROI task
Day 3: CustomGPT that combines everything into a permanent tool
Today: The roadmap for what to build next.
By the end of today, you’ll know exactly which tasks to automate, in what order, and how to scale from 10 hours saved to 20+ hours saved per week.
Let’s go.
SECTIONS: Where You Are Now | The AI Roadmap | Priority Framework | 90 Day Plan | What’s Next
Where You Are Right now
Let’s talk about what you’ve actually accomplished.
Four days ago, you were probably using AI like everyone else: typing vague prompts, getting generic output, spending 20 minutes refining it.
Now?
You have a CustomGPT that generates perfect output in 30 seconds.
For at least one specific task.
Let’s do the math on what that’s worth:
Let’s say your CustomGPT handles client emails.
- Before: 15 minutes per email, 5 emails per week = 75 minutes/week
- After: 2 minutes per email, 5 emails per week = 10 minutes/week
Time saved: 65 minutes per week.
That’s 56 hours per year. From ONE system prompt.
But here’s the thing:
You probably do 20-30 other tasks regularly that could get the same treatment.
Suddenly you’re not saving 1 hour per week.
You’re saving 10 hours. 15 hours. Even 20+ hours.
That’s what today is about.
Showing you what else to build. And in what order.
The 20+ Areas in Your AI Roadmap
Here’s the list of tasks most entrepreneurs do regularly – all of which can be automated with what you just learned.
I’m breaking them into 4 categories:
1. External Communication
- Client onboarding emails
- Sales follow-up emails
- Proposal emails
- Project status updates
- Delay/issue communications
- Partnership outreach
- Referral requests
2. Internal Communication
- Team updates/announcements
- One-on-one meeting prep
- Performance feedback
- Meeting agendas
- Meeting summaries/action items
- Company-wide updates
3. Content Creation
- LinkedIn posts
- Twitter/X threads
- Newsletter drafts
- Case studies
- Social media captions
- Video scripts
4. Business Operations
- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Project briefs
- Strategy documents
- Quarterly planning docs
- Financial summaries
- Market research summaries
- Product requirement documents
That’s 25+ tasks right there.
You could build system prompts for all of them.
But you shouldn’t. At least not yet.
Because order matters.
The Priority Framework
Ask yourself 3 questions:
- How often do I do this? (Daily vs weekly vs monthly)
- How long does it take? (30+ minutes vs 10 minutes)
- How much do I hate it? (Painful vs neutral vs enjoy)
The tasks that score high on all three? Build those first.
Example:
Task / Project | How often do I do it? | How long does it take? | How much do I hate it? |
| Sales follow ups | Daily | 1 hour per day | Medium |
| Board update letters | Quarterly | 3 hours | A lot |
| Video scripts | Weekly | 5 hours | Medium |
Start with the high-frequency, high-pain tasks. Build momentum. Then expand.
That’s it. Simple.
Your 90-Day Build Plan
Weeks 1-2: Nail Your First One (You Just Did This)
You built your first system prompt and CustomGPT.
Time saved: ~2 hours/week
Weeks 3-4: Add Your Next 3 Highest-ROI Tasks
Use the framework above. Score all your regular tasks.
Build system prompts for your top 3 scores.
Build CustomGPTs for each.
Likely candidates:
- Sales follow-ups
- Project status updates
- LinkedIn posts
Time saved: +3 hours/week (5 hours total)
Weeks 5-6: Communication Workflows
Pick 3 more communication tasks:
- Client onboarding
- Meeting prep
- Performance feedback
Time saved: +2 hours/week (7 hours total)
Weeks 7-8: Content Creation
Pick 3 content tasks:
- Newsletter drafts
- Social captions
- Video scripts
Time saved: +4 hours/week (11 hours total)
Weeks 9-10: Operations
Pick 3 operational tasks:
- SOPs
- Project briefs
- Strategy docs
Time saved: +3 hours/week (14 hours total)
Weeks 11-12: Refinement
Go back through everything you’ve built.
Refine prompts that aren’t perfect.
Add new ones for tasks you discovered.
Time saved: +6 hours/week (20 hours total)
By Week 12, you’re saving 20+ hours every single week.
The Math On What This Is Worth
Let’s put actual numbers on this.
With what you already built:
You bought back about 4 hours per week.
4 hours a week at $50/hour (conservative) = $200/week
$200 × 52 weeks = $10,400/year
In the last 4 days I just helped you just build something worth $10K annually.
And that doesn’t include any new revenue BECAUSE of your new workflows.
What’s still on the table:
If you tackled half of those 25+ areas we just listed, that’s another 10-12 tasks.
Each saves you an average of 90 minutes per week.
That’s roughly 15 more hours per week.
15 hours × $50/hour x 52 week = $39,000/year
So you’re looking at $49,400+ in total annual time value, just with this SIMPLE prompting method.
We haven’t even talked about tools and automations.
here's Your Decision
You can take what you learned and run with it yourself.
Follow the AI Roadmap. Build more prompts. Implement.
That path works for a few.
But what I’ve seen over and over:
AI systems usually fall apart if they’re not built around SOLID business systems.
AI is a multiplier. It will amplify whatever you’re already doing.
So if your business systems (time systems, team systems, sales, marketing) are weak, messy, or not followed…
AI will just create more chaos.
All those tools and applications become headaches instead of fuel.
Which is why you have to build both at the same time.
The right foundation that every solid business lays on…
AND the AI to build on it.
This is what I teach inside my Elite Coaching program.
I don’t usually open Elite to the public like this.
Most of the time, it’s referrals. Someone tells someone. We talk. They join.
But this week is different.
I just opened 50 65 spots specifically for people in this challenge.
The crazy thing is, with 19,245 people in this challenge, it literally broke my Instagram from too many messages.
And Here's What I'm Doing for Day 4 Only
But for the 50 65 people who get in early, here’s what’s inside Elite:
- Weekly live calls with me
- Answering your questions, helping you solve real problems
- The Full System (every framework I’ve ever built)
- Buy Back Your Time system, 5 Daily Non-Negotiables, 10x Vision Map, Achievement Roadmap, Elite Growth Model, plus 50+ more
- Community of high-performers building $500k-$100M+ businesses
- Direct support from my team
- The full operating system for scaling while working less
Plus 3 Fast Action Bonuses

$1500 Value
Social Selling Summit Recording
Full recording from our last summit. Learn how to turn your social media into a sales engine that works while you sleep. No cringe. No sales calls. Just authority content that attracts buyers.
$1500 Value
Mindset Audio Vault
150+ weekly mindset recordings I've done for my clients. Listen while you drive, work out, or wind down. This is the mental game that separates founders who burn out from founders who break through.
$500 Value
But after midnight Sunday Thursday (or once the 50 65 spots fill up), all these bonuses disappear.
The ROI is simple:
If Elite helps you buy back just 4 more hours per week beyond what you already built:
4 hours × $50/hour × 52 weeks = $10,400/year
Elite more than pays for itself.
And even without buying back time… most people make MORE money than that within 30 days of joining Elite.
So you’re essentially getting everything I learned and used across 3 exits and my $100M+ portfolio of AI companies… for FREE.
Again. I’ve never offered this before and will likely never do it again.
Day 4 Bonus (NEW) – AI Adoption Ladder Training
After seeing all the responses from this challenge, I’ve just decided to pull this one in last minute. It’s the exact training I give my private clients on how to adopt AI in their business and what to start with.
Most people get overwhelmed by all the possibilities.
This training shows you the exact sequence of what to build first, what to build next, and how to get your team using it without resistance.
This is your fast track to adopting AI in your business.
Everyone who decided to join yesterday will have these in their account.
This way no one gets left behind…
But after midnight Sunday Thursday (or once the 50 65 spots fill up), all 4 bonuses disappear.
So if you want in, here’s what to do:
Option 1: Message Me “ELITE” on Instagram (@danmartell)
My IG is working again;)
Option 2: Apply here with this short application and I’ll reach out to see if it’s a fit.
We’ll chat about where you’re at, what you’re trying to build, and whether Elite makes sense.
If you’re a fit, you’re in. Immediate access. All 4 bonuses.
EXTENDED: Get in before Nov 20, 11:59pm PST
What You’ve Accomplished
I want to take a second and acknowledge what you did this week.
Over 4 days, you built:
✅ A tone document that teaches AI to write like you
✅ A system prompt for a high-ROI task
✅ A CustomGPT anyone on your team can use
✅ $10K in annual time value
That tells me something about you: You don’t just consume. You build.
Most entrepreneurs will never do what you just did. They’ll keep saying “I should learn AI” while you’re actually using it.
You’re ahead of 95% of people.
Whatever happens next – whether you join Elite or keep building on your own – you’re better off than you were 4 days ago.
That matters.
Thanks for showing up.
I’ll see you on the other side.
