Before you apply

What working here actually looks like

Fifty seven seconds inside the Kelowna office.

How to apply

This is not a normal job ad.

We are not collecting resumes and getting back to you in three weeks. We are looking for a small number of people who are already the best closer wherever they are, and the process is built to find them fast.
Step 1Put your information in.
Step 2Record a one minute video answering two short questions.
Step 3A person reviews it.
Step 4If selected, you are invited to Kelowna on September 18 for a ninety minute interview with our team.
The actual job

Run strategy sessions with business owners.

Ask sharp questions. Work out whether we can genuinely help. If we can, enroll them. If we can’t, tell them the truth. Warm inbound the whole way. Every person you speak to asked to speak to us.

What you bring

  • Real sales experience. Any industry. We’ll train the rest.
  • Business owners like talking to you.
  • A track record you’re proud of that you can describe in three sentences.

What you get

  • Warm inbound leads. No cold calling, ever.
  • $350,000 CAD OTE and up. Base plus genuinely uncapped commission.
  • Sales training people pay for that you’ll be paid to take.
Before you apply

Three reasons not to.

Most job ads spend their whole length trying to talk you into it. Here is where this one is genuinely hard, so you can decide early.
  1. You have to be in Kelowna. In person, on the floor, with the team. Not remote, not hybrid-from-anywhere. If you are not here or not willing to be, stop here. Everything else is irrelevant.
  2. You will walk away from deals you could have closed.Your job is to work out whether we can genuinely help someone. When we can’t, you tell them so and you let the money go. If that sounds like a technicality rather than the actual job, this will be miserable for you.
  3. Coachable, competitive and kind. All three. Two out of three is the profile we most often say no to. The competitive person who won’t be coached, and the coachable one with no edge, both wash out.
Your move

If you're already the best rep where you are, you know what the next year looks like.

Same ceiling, same accounts, slightly better numbers. Or this.
