00:01:34.400 in their life, system prompts for the
00:01:36.400 specific outputs they’re trying to

00:05:18.479 content. you might pull out five or six
00:05:20.320 PSLs. That PSL is going to perform
00:05:23.360 incredibly well on social, making you
00:05:24.960 look like a king. So, here’s the key is
00:05:26.880 we want to repurpose stuff that’s
00:05:28.880 performed really well so that you don’t
00:05:30.560 have to reinvent the wheel every time
00:05:32.000 you start. Number three is AI website
00:05:34.639 studio. The whole point is to build
00:05:37.120 beautiful websites without needing to
00:05:39.360 know how to code. Back in the day, I
00:05:41.120 actually taught myself HTML. That was
00:05:42.880 like the first programming language that
00:05:44.639 and JavaScript. And it was fun because I
00:05:46.639 was building these websites and
00:05:47.919 everybody thought I had like magic
00:05:49.440 skills. Now you can create literally
00:05:52.800 designed perfect pixel perfect
00:05:55.360 responsive perfect everything perfect
00:05:58.000 websites automagically using AI. So if
00:06:00.639 you have a keen eye for design and
00:06:02.479 honestly even if you don’t this might be
00:06:04.400 perfect for you. Tools like lovable or
00:06:06.960 framer.com makes it possible to spin up
00:06:09.840 sites in literally seconds with no
00:06:13.039 coding experience. I have 18-year-old
00:06:15.840 interns on my team building, launching
00:06:19.520 landing pages, websites, apps, taking
00:06:22.880 information, visualizing it, using
00:06:25.039 lovable. They don’t even understand like
00:06:27.199 golden ratio, the rule of thirds or
00:06:29.039 visual hierarchies, but it looks awesome
00:06:31.120 every time they do it. For example, one
00:06:33.039 of my companies at Martell Ventures,

00:07:17.280 polish then and finally send it back to
00:07:19.440 the client for feedback. But the key is
00:07:21.440 is have them fill out the feedback in a
00:07:23.759 form and then that information sent back
00:07:26.319 to lovable updates the website and then
00:07:28.560 sends them back the link. I know people
00:07:30.720 making $10 million a year building
00:07:32.720 websites for businesses for anybody
00:07:34.639 landing pages and it’s all automated.
00:07:36.800 The person pays, they fill out the form,
00:07:39.599 it goes over to Lovable using an API, it
00:07:42.240 runs it, it comes back, it sends a link
00:07:44.400 to the client, they provide feedback, it
00:07:46.400 goes back three iterations, and then the
00:07:48.560 client gets a final website. Nobody
00:07:50.639 involved. That’s the future of what I’m
00:07:52.800 talking about for this opportunity. And
00:07:54.400 you don’t need any kind of experience or
00:07:56.479 knowhow. The AI can take care of it for
00:07:58.720 you. And the same pro tip as last time,
00:08:01.120 you can charge them a monthly fee for
00:08:03.280 website maintenance, upkeep, tweaks,
00:08:05.840 creating landing pages, helping them
00:08:07.280 with their email automation. Again,
00:08:08.720 those emails can be written by AI. I’m
00:08:10.720 telling you right now, this opportunity
00:08:12.879 is massive. So, getting paid to build
00:08:15.280 websites, that one’s super simple, but
00:08:17.919 there’s another level for people that
00:08:19.759 know things, expertise, insights, they
00:08:21.840 actually can get a result. And those
00:08:23.440 people always ask me, if I know how to
00:08:25.039 get a result for somebody, how do I
00:08:26.400 actually make money? This next thing, if
00:08:28.560 you do it right, will make you you
00:08:30.160 money. Number two is an AI workshop
00:08:32.640 builder. See, this is where you can get
00:08:34.640 paid for what you know how to do. But
00:08:36.240 the way to do that is you have to
00:08:37.519 package your knowledge into a workshop.
00:08:39.919 See, people don’t just want to listen to
00:08:41.360 you ramble. They want you to actually
00:08:43.120 deliver training that gets them results.
00:08:45.839 The cool part is that even if you’ve
00:08:47.680 never created curriculum or a training
00:08:49.760 or a workshop, AI can build the whole
00:08:51.839 thing. It can write the scripts. It can
00:08:53.600 do the outlines. It can break up things
00:08:55.200 into multiple days. It can even produce
00:08:57.440 the content. What stops most people is
00:08:59.839 their fear of not being an expert. I
00:09:01.920 remember the other day I was hiking on
00:09:03.200 my founders hike. This woman was sharing
00:09:05.120 with me that she had quit her job a year
00:09:06.959 ago. She had started her business and
00:09:09.040 she has a lot of people that want to ask
00:09:10.560 her how she did it, but she doesn’t feel
00:09:12.080 qualified. And I said, “Here’s the deal.
00:09:14.399 You quit your job, started your
00:09:16.560 business. So that means you’re a few
00:09:18.000 steps ahead of other people. You don’t
00:09:19.760 have to be an expert in starting a
00:09:21.760 business. You need to be an expert in
00:09:23.600 quitting their job, which you’ve done.
00:09:25.360 and you’ve already shown success. That’s
00:09:27.040 why people want to learn from you. So,
00:09:28.640 don’t worry about not being a certified
00:09:30.720 expert. Just know that if you’ve gotten
00:09:32.480 a result in your life and you just teach
00:09:34.080 people, here’s a result I got in my

00:09:38.560 Then you are an expert to help people
00:09:40.240 get that result. And doing this and
00:09:42.399 setting it up is way easier than you
00:09:44.240 think. It really comes down to three
00:09:45.839 steps. The first step is you want to ask
00:09:47.839 Chad GBT to interview you like it was a
00:09:50.880 beginner in your area. So, for example,

00:10:17.040 didn’t have to think. And when the Kings

00:10:22.079 created all the material for me. My
00:10:24.079 favorite thing is to ask it to come up
00:10:25.760 with like exercises that are relevant to
00:10:28.399 a teenager because I’m teaching these
00:10:30.320 kids that are 13 to 18 and I don’t know
00:10:32.560 what’s relevant to them. So, it comes up
00:10:33.920 with like all these examples of
00:10:35.120 YouTubers and streamers I’ve never heard
00:10:36.640 of, but the stories reinforce the point
00:10:38.880 that I’m teaching about being
00:10:40.079 successful. And finally, number four is
00:10:42.079 you just have to record yourself. You
00:10:43.920 just follow the slides they created for
00:10:45.600 you. That’s all I do. I go on, teach for
00:10:48.160 20, 30 minutes, record it, that becomes
00:10:50.560 saved. That’s my king content. Now, I

00:12:28.160 years, how many emails have you had with
00:12:30.079 people? Over a thousand, over 2,000,
00:12:32.240 maybe 10,000, maybe 20,000
00:12:33.920 conversations, what if you knew
00:12:35.760 everything about those people, those
00:12:37.360 emails, their current job positions,
00:12:38.880 what they’re doing, and it could find
00:12:40.560 opportunities as you travel to meet up

00:13:24.399 at photos on Instagram and update their
00:13:26.399 location if it can’t find that publicly.
00:13:28.320 It’s wild. So then you want to ask it
00:13:30.240 questions. So for example, one of them
00:13:32.000 is who do I know that has a podcast that
00:13:34.000 shoots in Austin in person? So then it
00:13:36.399 creates a list of contacts. The cool
00:13:37.839 part is that once you’ve got that list,
00:13:39.279 you can ask it to write the snippet
00:13:41.600 dynamically based on who you are, who
00:13:44.160 that person is, and what you should say
00:13:46.079 when you reach out to them over
00:13:47.600 Instagram or email, depending on which
