Martell Legacy Foundation
Where you start
doesn't define where you finish.
But only if someone shows up. We built this foundation because too many kids never get that chance.
At 17, I nearly ended it all.
A broken home. Jail. Addiction. A system that had no place for me.
Then someone gave me a chance. A mentor. A program. A reason to keep going.
I built a $100 million business from that second chance. I found Renée. We built a family. A life neither of us takes for granted.
But this foundation isn’t named after us.
It’s named after Mandy Legacy — a teenage friend I lost to drugs and alcohol. The one who didn’t get that chance.
The Martell Legacy Foundation exists for the kids who are still waiting.
Our Mission
"Change the trajectory of youth who are quietly slipping through the cracks."
No kid is broken. No kid is beyond help. No kid should ever feel invisible.
We fund the work that actually changes outcomes, often before anyone else is paying attention.
Mentorship. Community. Mental health.
Our Five-Year Vision
Commitment to youth-focused causes.
Not for awareness. Not for optics.
For early intervention, real support, and programs that step in before it’s too late.
Where Your Money Goes
In 2025, we invested $400,000 directly into our community.
These are a few organizations we support doing the hard, unglamorous work. The kind that changes lives.

KINGS CLUB EVENTS
Free. kelowna youth. Built to change lives.
The foundation also supports Kings Club, our free youth program in Kelowna for kids aged 13–22.
No cost. No catch. Just mentorship, life skills, and a community of peers who push each other to be better.
It’s the program I wished existed when I was 15.
This isn’t a campaign.
We didn’t start this because it looked good on paper.
We started it because we’ve both seen what happens when no one shows up for a kid. And what happens when someone does.
This is our life’s work.
Not the businesses. Not the books.
This.
