00:08:21.520 so you can print it off. Put it on your
00:08:22.800 wall. Put it underneath the mirror in
00:08:24.720 the bathroom so you see it all the time.

00:09:58.240 marathon. I’m already four hours into
00:10:00.720 this thing and now I got to go run 26
00:10:02.800 miles. But what I decided to do is
00:10:04.720 instead of focusing on the 26 miles, I
00:10:06.720 focused on the next telephone pole. And
00:10:08.399 I made a commitment that I’m just going
00:10:10.160 to get to the next telephone pole and
00:10:11.600 then I’m going to make a decision if I
00:10:12.640 want to keep running. And because I
00:10:14.000 broke it down into telephone pole runs
00:10:16.880 instead of a marathon, it was way more
00:10:19.680 approachable. And that’s the power of
00:10:21.279 step by step. So the cool part is AI is
00:10:23.360 going to help you answer the question of
00:10:24.880 what’s your next telephone poll. Here’s
00:10:26.480 how we do it. So, first ask AI turn my
00:10:29.680 5-year goal into a year-by-year plan and

00:10:45.760 we’re going to do? Ask it to take that

00:10:49.519 two or three rocks or projects so that
00:10:52.399 you can focus on the biggest lever
00:10:54.560 points to achieve your goal. And then
00:10:56.640 finally at the end of the year, repeat
00:10:59.200 that process for the next year and the
00:11:01.519 next year and the next year. And the
00:11:03.279 best part, you can be as specific as you
00:11:05.600 want. If you want it to take the
00:11:07.200 quarterly goals to the monthly goals to
00:11:08.640 the weekly goals to the daily goals and
00:11:10.800 create a spreadsheet, just ask it.
